1. Shipping Area

Obetis currently ships only within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed.

Processing times may be affected by:

  • Holidays

  • High order volume

  • Carrier delays

  • Inventory replenishment

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed.


3. Shipping Method

All orders are fulfilled through third-party multi-channel distribution centers within the United States (MCF).

This means:

  • Packages are shipped and delivered by major U.S. carriers

  • Shipping speed may vary depending on carrier performance

  • Tracking numbers will be provided once available

Carriers we commonly use include:
UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other equivalent services.

(You do not need to list specific carriers if you want it more generic)


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please check:

  • mailbox or porch

  • with household members

  • with neighbors

  • with the carrier

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, location, and service level.
Promotional free-shipping events may be offered at certain times.


7. Wrong or Missing Information

Obetis is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by:

  • incorrect shipping address

  • incomplete address

  • unclaimed packages

  • carrier inability to deliver

Please review your information carefully before completing checkout.

If your package is returned due to address issues, additional reshipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the packaging

  • your order number

Lost shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis with the carrier.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on inventory availability at fulfillment centers.
You will receive tracking information for each package.
