Refund & Return Policy

We want you to enjoy a smooth and trustworthy experience, and we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

✅ 1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition.

  • All accessories, packaging, and inserts must be included.

  • You must provide the order number or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be initiated only after contacting us (we do NOT accept packages sent back without approval).

👉 We currently do not accept returns to any address without prior authorization.
A return address will be provided only after your request is reviewed and approved.

✅ 2. How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if item is defective/damaged)

Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

✅ 3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue

We will offer one of the following options based on the situation:

  • Replacement

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

  • Store credit

(Without requiring you to return the damaged item in most cases)

✅ 4. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

  • Customized or special-order products

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items not in original condition or missing components

✅ 5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

✅ 6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please request a return first and place a new order after receiving your refund.

✅ 7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defect, manufacturing issue)

  • You may choose the shipping carrier of your preference once a return address is provided

We recommend using a trackable service.
Obetis is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must be handled as a return request.

✅ 9. Unauthorized Returns

Any package sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.
